01Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to aurga33.com. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs your use of the platform, website, mobile application, and all services provided by aurga33 ("Platform", "we", "aurga33"). Please read this document carefully before registering an account or using any part of the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the aurga33.com website, or using the aurga33 mobile app, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.

02User Eligibility

To register and use the aurga33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years on the date of registration.
• Not subject to any legal restriction or regulation that prohibits participation in online gambling in your area of residence.
• Register one (1) account only. One person, one account — registering multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms.
• Acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, unless with written consent from aurga33.
• Never been banned by aurga33 personally or on behalf of any household member.

Aurga33 reserves the right to request verification at any time to ensure compliance with eligibility requirements. Failure to complete verification checks may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

03Account Registration & Identity Verification

When registering an aurga33 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information is a violation of these terms and may result in account closure and balance freeze if fraud is suspected.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is a mandatory requirement before your first withdrawal is processed. You will need to submit:

• A clear and legible copy of both sides of your Malaysia identity card (MyKad).
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill) dated no more than three months from the date of submission.
• If requested, a selfie holding your identity card for further verification.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Aurga33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's own disclosure of their login credentials.

04Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the aurga33 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX, TNG eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and local bank transfers. Each deposit will be credited to your account as soon as payment is confirmed by our system.

• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the Deposit page at the time of the transaction.
• Aurga33 does not charge processing fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may impose their own charges.
• Deposited funds must be used for gambling purposes only and may not be used as a money transfer instrument.
• Aurga33 reserves the right to reject or delay any deposit suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

All funds deposited by users are held in a separate account and are not commingled with the company's operating funds. This ensures the safety of your money at all times.

05Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawals can be made once identity verification (KYC) has been fully completed. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC is complete will be processed as soon as all required documents are received and verified.

• Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 working days depending on the selected payment method.
• Available withdrawal methods include local bank transfers and digital wallets such as TNG eWallet and GrabPay.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered under the same name as the aurga33 account holder. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is as stated on the Withdrawal page at the time of the transaction.
• Aurga33 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts as a security measure.

06Bonuses & Promotions

Aurga33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. As a general guideline:

• Welcome bonuses are only available to new members registering for the first time.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus funds or related wins can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Aurga33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, particularly where there is evidence of abuse.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in account closure and cancellation of all bonuses.

07Game Rules

All games in the aurga33 Game Lobby operate using a random number generator (RNG) that has been independently verified by international audit bodies. Every game outcome is random and free from any external influence.

• The outcome of a game is final once the round is complete. Any disputes regarding game results must be submitted within 72 hours of the incident.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, aurga33 will restore any affected wagers based on valid system records.
• The use of any automation software, bots, or tools that provide an unfair advantage to a player is strictly prohibited.
• Aurga33 reserves the right to void any bets or winnings obtained as a result of a software bug that provides abnormal winning odds unrelated to a legitimate RNG.

08Prohibited Activities

Users of the aurga33 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud aurga33 or other users, including the use of stolen or unauthorized credit card information.
• Money Laundering: Using the aurga33 platform as a vehicle to transfer or conceal proceeds from illegal activities.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in multi-player games to gain an unfair advantage.

09Account Closure & Suspension

Users may close their aurga33 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing, ensure all active wagers are settled and any balance eligible for withdrawal is requested first.

Aurga33 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The user has violated any of the terms contained in this document.
• Information provided during registration was found to be false or misleading.
• Account has been inactive for a period exceeding the limit set under aurga33's inactive account policy.

For accounts closed due to a breach of terms, aurga33 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any balance and bonuses in the account, depending on the circumstances of the case.

10Limitation of Liability

The aurga33 platform is provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to ensure the platform runs without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee 100% availability free from technical issues.

• Aurga33 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including unforeseeable technical failures.
• Aurga33 is not liable for any loss of funds resulting from a user disclosing their login credentials to a third party.
• Valid game results cannot be disputed on the grounds of personal objection to a random outcome.

11Responsible Gaming
